You can cancel your booking for free up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a nominal cancellation fee (usually a fixed amount based on the category) to compensate our professionals for their time and travel.
If you are unreachable when the professional arrives at your location at the requested time, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation.
